This is a mix of photomanip and drawing. I've shot and modified the photos so that they look closer to hand-drawing.

Great work, it has a very dreamy atmosphere. I feel like the figure should have some strong highlights though, with that light source.

Maybe the ghost should be a little blurry and not so dark, it looks like a day with a bit of fog in the air.

Great idea and mood, but it seems you used a standard PS-filter on the ground and clouds? Would be better without it, in my opinion.

oh wow, i love the mood of this picture. It struck me with a sinking feeling right away. I adore how this looks like a painting. My only crit is that the figure is a bit too sharp and defined, especially the cape. As jawine suggested, perhaps you could have blurred the figure a bit so that it would blend into the picture more. Or maybe have had the cape blur as it trailed off... hmm, i dont know.
